Joyce has always been excited about marketing. Even from a young age of 7 years old, she would spend her summer holidays working and helping out at her mums grocery store. In particular she remembers creating "Flavour of the Month" posters for the ice creams the store sold. She can vividly remember the sight of the ice cream truck parked beside their grocery store and the salesman coming in with the new POS. Joyce believes that there are no boring days in Marketing and she sees it as a mix of science, math and creativity that never fails to stimulate. She describes FCMG to be complex and tricky for businesses however she is able to make it easy! She is highly skilled in developing and implementing strategic and commercial business plans. Joyce has extensive training across all facets of Marketing Management in wide range of industries. She believes that Marketing should permeate all aspects of enterprise and should analyse the entire business from the customer's view point.
